what a way to start a spring break

Well Saturday morning Jerrad ended up taking me to the ER at Celebration Hospital. After morphine, bloodwork and a CT scan and which showed elevated liver enzymes levels they sent me on my way with pain pills. These is where the health system needs to change. I didn't ask them to cure the pain, I wanted the etiology so the pain would subside for good. Jerrad and I both felt that something still was not right. We called Dr. Capobianco who did my gallbladder surgery just 1 week and a half ago. after Jerrad read him the results of my lab work he told Jerrad to get me to St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Capobianco met us in the lobby and with in 35 minutes I was admitted into the Hospital. Sunday I awoke to an MRI the next day and a new specialist. Monday I had another procedure that cut the muscle of the bile duct. Tuesday afternoon I was discharged finally. So what a way to start a Spring Break. But there are always blessing and silverlinings. I appreciate my children and husband more than ever. I have learned no matter how much time has passed I will always be mama. I have gotten more hugs and love you from Blake than I can count and I would not trade that for anything in the world. Spring break is not over and now it is time to have some fun. Thank you to Dr. Rivera and to wonderful Dr. Capo (you know when most health professionals you meet tell you how wonderful a doctor is trust them).
