7 states in 7 days. What a trip!!!!

Sweet Home North Carolina
A few years ago my parents bought a villa in Roaring Gap, North Carolina. It was the best of both worlds for my parents. My mom wanted a place in the mountains and my dad wanted a golf course. The villa is located at Olde Beau Country Club. It is a beautiful course and as my husband always says it kickes his butt. This was Blake and Reese's first visit. Blake loves golf and I think Reese just loved the wind in her hair while riding in the cart.

Olde Beau's Grave is on the 15th hole. You read it right. The original owner of Olde Beau actually buried his dog (which he named the whole club and course after) on the 15 th hole just beyond the green.

A Trip to Kentucky to see Dot Dot
We set out on a Monday to go to Kentucky to see Dot Dot (Jerrad's grandmother). This is the second time she has seen Reese and the 4th or 5th time she has seen Blake. Dot Dot has moved into a new house that is all one level to make it easier to move around. Dot Dot loved seeing the children. Jerrad and Blake loved playing monster. Blake loved to put his feet on Dad's feet and go after Uncle Tom. Blake really enjoyed his visit and has done nothing but asked to go on another trip to Uncle Tom's house.
