This weekend

This weekend the Butler family participated in the Autism Speaks 5k walk to raise awareness to the increasing numbers of children diagnosed with Autism. Above is the picture of part of the group that walked. We had a great time and learned lessons that words just can't express. Being a part of the walk reminds me of why I chose my profession.

THE MANY FACES OF REESE

It is funny how many facial expressions Reese has. In the span of about 5 minutes she gave us 4 different facial expressions.

Vetran's Day

We had a great time on our day off. We went to Harmony ate lunch after dad finished football practice then went to the park. Reese went to the Doctor in the morning for her 3 month check up. It is hard to believe she is 3 months old.

New pics and video of Reese and Blake

Blake loves to read to Reese and Reese smiles now everytime Blake talks to her. It is so much fun to see the 2 of them together now.

Here Blake is doing his Show me your muscles. He would not do touch down for me. Hopefully I will have that soon. There is also a clip of Reese. I was trying to get her talking but no luck. Hopefully I will have that video up soon.

Bonfire

The following are pics from the Harmony Bonfire. Blake had an awesome time flirting with the cheerleaders and shaking his pompoms.

trick or treat at the Armstrong's

We had a great time at papa and Grandma armstrong's house.

Happy Halloween

Dad was a Doctor in srubs, mom was a football coach, Blake was Peter Pan and Reese was Tinkerbell. I think next year we have have to be some characters from The Wizard of Oz. Jerrad would be a great scarecrow or tinman. :-)

Trick or treat at the Butler's

Blake and Reese had fun trick or treating at granny and papa's house.

Defensive Dinner

Tonight we had the whole defense over for dinner. It was a new tradition that we started this year and hope to continue for many years to come. The boys become more than players, they become your extended family, your adopted sons. Last year was so hard when we had to see so many of our Seniors leave. We have 6 playing college football and we could not be more proud of all that they have accomplished. This year is a smaller group of Seniors. They have had many challenges as a team this year. Coach and I could not be prouder of all they have accomplished. Good luck on the game tomorrow boys.
